This year we will be giving away a free kiosk. Thats right. FREE. A lucky center who is entered into the drawing at Bowl Expo 2007 will win a complete kiosk, which includes the enclosure, computer and Aleksis kiosk software.

Drawing Rules
1. Entry Times: Entries must be submitted on June 27, 2007 or June 28, 2007 at the CDE Software booth at Bowl Expo 2007 in Las Vegas between the hours of 10AM and 3PM..
2. Drawing: The winner will be drawn at the close of the Bowl Expo 2007 Exhibiting hours on June 28, 2007. Winner need not be present to win.
3. Winner: The winner must be a bowling center designated on the entry by an owner, operator or employee of that bowling center.
4. Sponsor: The drawing is sponsored by CDE Software, 4515 44th Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116.
5. Eligibility: To be eligible for this drawing, entrants must be currently an owner, operator or employee of a bowling center who are authorized to enter the drawing on the center’s behalf. CDE Software employees and their immediate families are excluded from participating in the drawing.
6. Entry: Each entrant must visit the CDE Software booth during the entry times and complete a questionnaire and entry form to enter into the drawing. Entries are limited to one per bowling center.
7. Prize: The prize includes the kiosk, computer, designated hardware and the CDE Software Aleksis Kiosk Software package with an estimated value of $5,500.00 and cannot be exchanged for cash or other item.
Conditions of Entry:
1. Entrants acknowledge that if selected as the drawing winner, they will be responsible for shipment or delivery of the kiosk and related equipment to their location. Winner may authorize CDE to arrange shipping; however, all shipping, packaging, insurance and handling charges will be the responsibility of the winner.
2. Entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by the decisions of the sponsor, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this drawing. Entrants who have not complied with these official rules are subject to disqualification.
3. CDE Software is not responsible for lost, misdirected, inaccurate or incomplete entries.
4. Entrants and/or winners assume liability for, and agree to release and hold harmless CDE Software, affiliates, officers, employees and agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or property which may be sustained while participating in the drawing or by the acceptance, possession or use of the prize awarded.
5. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to CDE Software and its designee’s use of his/her name, bowling center name, city and state or residence, biographical information, voice, statements relating to the drawing or sponsor, and photographs or other likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now and hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.
6. Winner is accepting this prize “as is” and waives all warranty, maintenance or operability responsibility and liability from CDE Software for the kiosk, computer, hardware and software.
7. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes or fees associated with receiving the prize.
Disclosures:
1. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the drawing, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Washington and the county of King, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Washington or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Washington.
2. Information collected from entrants shall be used for the purpose of administering this drawing and for sending additional information and promotional materials from the Sponsor to the entrant and to the entrant’s bowling center. Collected information will not be sold or shared in any manner by Sponsor and its designated third parties.
3. CDE reserves the right to change or modify these rules at any time, without notice.
