Tbrac-2006 A/S promotes the best brackets, sidepot and informal tournament management software for XP and 2000. CDE uses its experience with bowling software (since 1975) to provide the sport of bowling with the best in bracket software. It's not only the best bracket software available, its the easiest to use.
Tbrac-2006 A/S offers several different components, including brackets, sidepots, singles event tournaments and pro am tournaments. It's designed for less formal tournaments and use.
It's very simple to use the software. Add a person's name, enter the average to use for handicap purposes, assign a lane and then enter the bowler into any additional sidepots or brackets.
CDE Software and Tbrac-2006 A/S feature the best in bracket sidepot management, using a powerful randomization engine that assigns bowlers in a random and fair manner. Sure, you can set bracket assignments to be based on "as the dice is rolled", but in many cases, bowlers can be assigned multiple times to the same opponent. When there is a large enough field of bowlers, this can be percieved as unfair, causing bowlers to drop out. Tbrac-2006's uses a logical random method that minimizes or eliminates duplicate matchups in brackets. In fact, Tbrac-2006 A/S can optionally take some extra time and minimize duplicates in the cases that bowlers win the first game. This provides your bowlers a FAIR means of competition and better yet.... you don't have to do any extra work.

Many of Tbrac-2006 A/S features include:
- Support - CDE provides a dedicated technical support number and trained scoring specialists available only to customers with the automatic scoring editions of CDE products. Support is also available via online chat, message boards, email, fax and mail.
- Exports team rosters, bowlers, handicaps and averages to the front desk. From the front desk software, a league is then sent to the lanes so the bowlers can bowl.
- Imports scores to minimize or eliminate manually entering scores and increased accuracy of scores entered.
- Supports lane movement, giving instructions to the scoring system for which lane a team is on each game. Example: Team bowls on lane 1 for game 1, then moves 2 pairs to the right for each additional game. (Feature dependant on scoring system compatability)
- Supports saving scoresheet information. See where strikes and spares are. (Feature dependant on scoring system compatability)
- Automatically turn on foul lights (Feature dependant on scoring system compatability)
- Designate practice time (Feature dependant on scoring system compatability)
- Control bumpers (Feature dependant on scoring system compatability)
- Designate bowling as no-tap (Feature dependant on scoring system compatability)
- Use to run brackets for fun, to make additional money for yourself, the league, the youth program or your favorite charity.
- USBC allows brackets to be offered for USBC youth leagues, providing winnings go to scholarship fund.
- Twelve different bracket groups can be offered.
- Each bracket group can be either scratch or handicap and can be a different price.
- Each bracket group can either be offered for individual bowlers or teams.
- Each individual or team can be entered up to 99 times for a total of 999 brackets per group.
- Link league bowler names and averages from BLS-2006 and BLS-2007. Minimize entry time.

Tbrac-2006 A/S requires access to the designated automatic scoring system for full use. Individual league secretaries should purchase the Pro or Standard edition of this software.
Compatible Automatic Scoring Systems
CDE Software interfaces with the largest number of automatic scoring systems available on the market. Even older scoring systems may be able to be interfaced by solutions offered by some our of partners.

Certified Scoring Systems
In order to provide improved compatability and support, many of our scoring partners have chosen to have their systems certified by CDE Software. This process involves the scoring company providing CDE Software with a system to do constant testing and compatability checks. This also allows for improved integration as well as diagnosis of any issues that may come up, in order to better identify appropriate action and resolution.

Non-Certified Scoring Systems
Some of our scoring partners have either chosen to not be certified, have not yet begun the process or have let their certification lapse. These systems should perform very well with our products, however diagnosis of issues that may come up may be more difficult to troubleshoot or may be delayed in verifying compatability checks.

Note: Some of the older scoring systems, such as AMF Accuscore, Accuscore Color, Accuscore Plus or Brunswick AS80/AS90 scoring systems are generally compatible by replacing the front desk console with a solution by our scoring partners. Such solutions include Purrfect Desk and LCS.

- Hard Drive Storage: 110-145 megs free space on hard drive (40 MB additional hard disk space required for installation. Space used may be less depending on prerequisite installs already present)

Discontinued Operating System Notes: CDE Software can no longer officially support Windows NT, Windows 98, and Windows Me installations due to Microsoft discontinuing support of all types. This software, however, may function as designed, providing that the operating system is running the last service packs or updates available. If you have a system using these operating systems, it is strongly encouraged to upgrade the operating system to Windows XP or Windows 2000 or download and install the free tial of this software to check for compatability issues.
