TeamCDE is comprised of end-user volunteer members selected by CDE Software based on their knowledge and experience with CDE Software products. TeamCDE members assist in providing technical support on CDE Software's message forum and may reply on behalf of CDE Software's technical support's behalf. TeamCDE members may, on the discresion of CDE, be provided with alpha/beta versions of specific software to aid in troubleshooting as well as have early input into the development of new versions or products. By forming TeamCDE, this allows the current staff to devote additional time on producing improvements, updates and bug fixes. This gives additional recognition to members that may already be active in helping other fellow software users, as well as help decrease response times. If you see TeamCDE following the individuals name, they are official TeamCDE members. TeamCDE members will answer questions on the message forums, email as well as other avenues as necessary. Formal technical support will continue to be handled at the same as it has been. CDE may forward some emails to TeamCDE members for quick response. If TeamCDE members can not solve a technical question, the team member will notify you that they are unable to solve the problem and will escalate the question to the appropriate CDE Software staff to resolve the problem. TeamCDE members will be rewarded based on the time elapsed in TeamCDE as well as the amount of support they provide as TeamCDE members as follows: - Level 1 - free upgrade
- Level 2 - free license to an additional product
- Level 3 - free license to additional CDE products
